Michael shares his lifetime of experience with you in his engaging, friendly and informative manner. Well able to cater for beginners up to expert wild food aficionados.

Michael offers very comprehensive days out in the country in traditional skills- come nourish both your soul and belly on his wild food events.

Michael is now running workshops and events in both Kent, UK and Dublin/ Wicklow, IRELAND.
